About us
The purpose of Car Service Operations is to enable an effortless car usage and service experience. The automotive industry is currently under-going a significant transformation driven by changing consumer behaviors, technology shifts and digitalization. 
The team Service Technology within Car Service Operations is responsible for making life less complicated for consumers. How? By supplying service providers with safe, sustainable and efficient car service technology solutions in the areas of spare parts, maintenance & repair instructions as well as tools & equipment. The environment we operate in is undergoing a great transformation, not only from a vehicle technology perspective, but also how our consumers set expectations on the complete experience around mobility.

We operate as an Agile Release Train (ART) with a responsibility that goes all the way from creation of technical service solutions to information creation and implementation in the markets.

What you’ll do
You will define and optimize our spare parts assortment with respect to technology, functionality, quality, cost and sustainability. Develop spare parts information in our global VIDA information system and create commercial texts towards direct sales and consumers. 
Your further responsibilities are, to quality assure and verify the deliveries as well as continuously improve our processes and spare parts products. 
You and your skills
We believe you have a University Degree or equivalent experience and are fluent in English (written and spoken).

You have experience from Product Development and Technical Documentation.

User Experience skills, experience from VIDA and Catia Composer and Agile ways of working is an advantage.
