THE INTERNSHIP
Diversity Challenge offers academics a full time paid internship opportunity to work at the Business Centre at Alfa Laval with Technical Documentation at our Complete Separator department.
You will be part of the group Technical Documentation. We produce manuals, catalogs for spare parts and PD-leaf to our separators and systems. We also administrate translations and are responsible for a Helpdesk function. The group consists of a team leader, editors, SPC editors, an illustrator and an administrator for translations.
During the internship you will work with identifying and describing our processes and develop work instructions.
The duration of the placement is between 3-6 months with start spring 2014.
YOUR PROFILE
You are most likely an engineering student or technical officer with a focus towards mechanics, along with practical experience to comprehend applied knowledge.
You are open-minded with good communication skills, see challenges as possibilities and have the ability to work on a detailed level as well as see the bigger picture. You are driven, thrive on taking initiatives, enjoy analytical tasks and can contribute with a structured way of working.
In addition we see the right candidate
- Is knowledgeable and interested in mechanics
- Possess good Swedish and English language skills
- Is Interested in documentation of technical processes
