About the job

As technical documentation engineer you will be part of our digital transformation of product information where we want to enhance the customer experience within our product group of Gasketed plate heat exchangers (GPHE).

The technical documentation serves as a base for spreading the knowledge about our products within the company and to our customers. You make sure that the documentation is structured in a good way and work proactively to improve the documentation and adopt it to new needs. We are transforming our business model towards more online sales and technical documentation is an important contributor on the journey to reach our strategic goals.

Key tasks:
* Improve and develop the information structure
* Update and create manuals
* Update and create product data sheets and technical data sheets
* Maintain the complete document flora (including archive) for all products
* Restructure documentation to fit new purposes
* Migrate documents to new document tools
* Administrate document releases
* Improve our working process.

Who you are

You are curious, driven and take initiative to improve. You enjoy working in team and is generous with your knowledge, as well as taking responsibility to solve things by yourself.

What you know
* A university degree in engineering or similar
* Fluent in English
* Abortext
* XML tool SDL Tridion Docs and Abortext or similar

We believe it is beneficial if you have experience in/with: 
* a similar position
* Experience working with technical documentation for plate heat exchangers
* Photoshop
* Illustrator
