Technical Documentation Specialist

In the position as Technical Documentation Specialist you will create, update and maintain technical documentation and instructions. The documentation has a wide range, which includes everything from guides for technicians on how to install and troubleshoot system, to manuals for nurses on how to administer the systems for their daily operations.  
Responsibilities
Participate in development projects as a technical writer; produce data sheets, installation and configuration instructions and user manuals on a product level
Produce or order illustrations needed in technical documents
Support development projects in terminology to use in user interfaces
User documentation maintenance; update user documentation according to received feedback
User documentation review; proofread user documentation for readability and comprehension
Qualifications
At least 60 points technical writer education or having documented work experience
Technical education, preferably a university degree
Fluent in English, speech and writing
Very structured and organized personality
Good communication skills
Meritorious
Experience in graphical design
Experience in topic-based authoring using DITA
Personal Skills  
A certain technical drive is needed in addition to a genuine interest in writing and conveying information that is adapted to the target group. We also believe you are a friendly and driven individual, who can work well on your own as well as with others.
