Would you like to be the driver of setting a new way of working with Technical Documentation for Converting Equipment within Tetra Pak?
The Engineering group within Packaging Material are global owner of the converting specifications related to tools, methods and standards for converting equipment design.We also drive and support in all converting technology areas (printing, lamination, slitting) with execution of mechanical & automation engineering, technical documentation and equipment safety.We are now looking for a Technical Documentation System Owner.
Your responsibility would be to:
- Managing the Technical Documentation Specifications and Competences.
- Produce publications: Co-ordinate with projects, suppliers and internally.Plan and deliver the production of Technical Publications upon project plans to achieve project goals.
- Educate and implement Technical Documentation Standard internally and at selected suppliers.
- Support projects with Technical Documentation expertise.
- Define, create and maintain tools and standards for Technical Documentation.
- Co-ordinate utilization of Tetra Pak network, suppliers and consultants.
- Represent competence area in internal and external forums and teams.
Kvalifikationer
The successful candidate is a strong communicator and driver.You are a good team worker but have also the ability to work independently.
You will probably have a B.Sc.or M.Sc.within mechanical or electrical engineering.You have some experience of Technical Publications Systems and Standards and feel very strong for working with development of Technical Manuals (Installation Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Operation Manuals etc.).You must have experience from working with Adobe applets and File maker.
A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
