Description

The organization is looking for a Technical Engineer. A Technical Engineer builds and maintains technology platforms to enable software solutions to be deployed and run independently by the software engineers.

The Technical Engineer work in an agile context and believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.

Work tasks

- To be successful in this role we believe you have genuine passion for cloud solutions, way of working, automation, continuous improvements, and a strong sense of team collaboration. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organization. Responsibilities will include:
- Improving the delivery pipeline, from development to production for several systems
- Translate product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design according to existing architecture guard rails
- Perform technical analysis of requirements and impact analysis


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Proven experience working with Azure Cloud solutions and Azure Devops
- Proven experience working with automation and scripting
- Experience working with in Agile team in a Devops setup
- Experience with microservice landscape
- Background as a software developer
- Understanding different architectural viewpoints to identify and understand their dependencies
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
- Fluent in Swedish - written and spoken

- Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
