Description

The client is now looking for a Technical Lead/Mobile Applications Developer that will coordinate mobile application development. You are experienced with mobile development and suitable software, such as Visual Studio IDE, Xamarin, GitHub, etc.

Work tasks:

- Assess, advise and propose a suitable project development environment and working methodology.
- Determine the necessary resources to complete the development of the project before Summer 2022.
- Explain and educate other members of the project team, and interested parties, on the VMS scanner solution, development environment and working methodology.
- Act as a point of contact for technical discussions, within the project and external teams, including communication with the Delcon and Store Stock teams to understand their scanner solutions and assess the impact on the VMS scanner solution.
- Create and continuously update a development plan for the project, identify and propose suitable tasks for members of the project team.
- Create a general roll-out plan for the end delivery, that can be reused for all relevant OST Warehouses. Coordinate all necessary steps with the Hardware Warehouse team.
- Contribute and support VMS Operations to establish monitoring and error handling for the VMS Scanner solution.
- Contribute to raising the understanding of the VMS Scanner solution for the VMS Development and Operation team and BT.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience as a technical engineer
- Experience with mobile development and suitable software, such as Visual Studio IDE, Xamarin, GitHub, etc.
- Good skills in educating others within the specific area
