Key Responsibilities:
Lead commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and automation projects, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, providing technical support and guidance to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation.
Oversee the coordination of project deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, electrical, mechanical, and automation experts, to integrate engineering solutions effectively.
Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and technical documentation, capturing key insights and lessons learned for future reference.
Drive performance enhancements by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to optimize operations.
Experience:
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in engineering projects, with a focus on commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
Proven ability to manage and execute complex engineering assignments independently, while working within multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational background in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation) or relevant work experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in:
Chemical Engineering: Understanding of process flow, material handling, and production systems.
Mechanical Engineering: Proficiency in mechanical system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Electrical Engineering: Expertise in electrical systems, including control panels, circuit design, and energy management.
Automation Engineering: Familiarity with automated systems, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies.
Demonstrated experience in production engineering environments, including process optimization and performance tracking.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
