Monitoring & Control Technical Expert Engineer

You will be part of a technical unit whose responsibility is to work continuously to develop and support our Sales department worldwide. You will work closely with Technical Support and make sure we have resources and skills we need in order to give the best service for our customers.

You will also support Sales in various projects such as product launches or events.

We are a team of 7 dedicated engineer who's ultimate motivation is to be number one go to persons to complement the Sales departments to bring high class service and solutions for our customers.

We are located in Sundbyberg and looking for you who wants to join a prestige less and service oriented team in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Expert Engineer, you will provide technical support to the Sales companies for products belonging to Monitoring and Control unit (M&C). You are welcome to read more about our products here.

We will provide suggestions for various technical solutions and train and build up technical competence at Sales and Technical Support. You are located at the office in Sundbyberg, but the role includes travel to our more than 50 sales companies that are spread around the world. Travel will make up 30-50% of the role.

Other tasks may include:

* perform system tests
* if necessary, assist in development work
* create standard configurations for our control units
* be part of improvement processes and projects to develop support
* contribute to the development of routines for the department.

Background

We wish you have a University degree in electricity/electronics/data or data communication. We believe you have a few years work experience as an engineer, preferably in electronics and/or data.

It is an advantage if you have experience of SCADA, VFD and programming of control systems.

You have a good technical understanding and you are fluent in English bot spoken and written.

Swedish is beneficial for the role but not necessary.
