What you´ll do
As a Technical expert you will lead and deliver the vision, mission and strategy within the Traction Battery SW organisation. You will take on the responsibility to promote and drive the technology used internally and externally by capturing research, technology and business trends. You will manage technology roadmaps and lead strategic discussions as well as drive the strategical system design that supports SW Architectures and System Architectures towards the concept development.

You will Initiate and lead research projects, advanced engineering programs and organizational development in order to ensure readiness of key technology. In this role you will also have the responsibility to deliver education material, teaching activities, conference papers and being a speaker at conferences. You will be the face of the Traction Battery SW in promoting the work at different advanced research and educational institutes.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe that the right candidate have PhD or M.Sc. degree and at least 5 to 10 years of hands-on work in related technology area and product development would be a mandatory requirement to take on this position.

You are fluent in English & have international experiences.

On a personal level
You are good at maintaining internal and external networks and have demonstrated high level of communication skill, teamwork and negotiation skill.
We believe you are a highly results oriented person with the ability of conceptual thinking. You have comprehensive experience from Traction Battery algorithm development for automotive battery management systems development work and proven capability to lead an internal team in the deliveries of technical objectives. You also have a demonstrated high level of communication skills, teamwork and negotiation skill as well as a business and customer orientation with high ability to drive and implement changes.
