This isn't a conventional car company. We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.

For our Fleet Utilization and Remarketing departments, we are looking to add a new team member to the seven markets we serve. If you have an eye for details and technical knowledge about refurbishing vehicles, join us as one of our new colleagues.

Technical Fleet Support
You’ll be responsible for administrative and technical support when it comes up to End Mobility Inspections (EMC) and Car-return inspections and following up.

You will cooperate very closely with our Technical Service Advisors (TSA), as well as our dealer workshop - Micro Car Compound (MCC). You will have close contact also with the sales and logistic departments, and the other technical fleet supports in other markets in terms of uniting processes and sharing knowledge.

These are newly created roles, so there is a lot of opportunity for someone interested in developing processes and best practices.

What you'll do

- Monitor End Mobility Inspections work order to be performed
- Coordinate with TSA and MCC on work orders (closed, completed, etc.)
- Align with TSA on needed operations/work orders:
Re-fleet refurbishment or De-Fleet Used-Cars-B2C refurbishment

- Monitoring/follow-up on refurbishment work orders and utilization invoices (created, paid, etc.)
- Initiate required transport for re-fleet/de-fleet/sold Used-Cars-B2B in alignment with Logistics
- Quality check on refurbished cars / re-fleet/ Used-Cars-B2C
- Initiate property/ownership transfer workflow Used-Cars-B2B after receiving payment
- Support on admin work (order management, vehicle allocation, etc.)


What you bring

- Experience in working in an automotive (service) environment, maybe as a service advisor at a dealership, loss adjuster, or calculator at a body shop
- Affinity with technical/mechanical/body-shop car expertise, maybe you’re experienced in Motor Vehicle Engineering or another technical background

- Besides English, you speak the local language(s) on a professional level



Most important is your ability to assess vehicle condition and possible damage as well as the ability to advise on needed repairs in the most cost-effective way.
