Scania is currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation from an equipment manufacturer to a true solution provider.
In context of digitalization, this role has an excellent opportunity to work with digital initiatives in the areas of retail digitalisation.
Your activities and responsibilities
As implementation manager you are responsible to ensure that the continuous development and improvements of digital products in services delivery and portfolio are implemented at Scania globally. Our retail network is divided into four regions, and you will be responsible to secure that the implementation project planning is done together with the inputs and coordination of regions and business units.
You will be representing central Digitalisation initiative(s) with the responsibility to support, configure and coordinate technical activities towards regions. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating configuration of regional local tools, test environments and the creation of training material and methods for implementation, to provide support from central team where needed.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and plan for the implementation activities, while working closely with process implementation representative to ensure complete implementation of product.
In addition, you will also work closely with the resources dedicated from product team and Scania IT, in an agile structure and way of working to create end to end value for our customers.
Products are developed on a global platform and will support and simplify service activities at Scania dealers, carried out across different user journeys. Digital Dealer and Digital Retail Platform will be some of the key eco-systems in which you will be heavily involved.
Additionally, you will spend a significant amount of time taking care of stakeholder management, strategic alignment, and analytics data to measure success of implementation, in order to take appropriate actions.
Your profile
You are confident, driven, responsible and pro-active person, ready to take things in hands whenever support is needed. You have capability to communicate effectively. You have good understanding of implementation project management and agile mindset. You have a sense of pragmatism, urgency and the ability to analyse and drive the area into the future. Your role also includes interacting with the management team and staff in our business units as well as our users to understand their needs.
Experiences / Skills
Implementation project management and leading digital implementations.
Understanding of service business. Knowledge of Scania retail network is considered a merit.
You have good understanding of solution architecture and service delivery process.
You have a sound stakeholder management mindset.
The position require that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a merit. Travelling will be required.
