The team
You will be part of the Oneflow integration team and will be responsible for driving integration projects. You will be working closely with our customers, partners, developers, sales and customer success.
Who you are
As a technical integration manager in our Integration team you will focus on managing technical integration projects initiated by our customers and partners.
Skills & Requirements
To succeed you would need:
3+ years of project management experience in driving technical integration projects
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, partners, developers, sales, marketing, and customer success
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience from high-growth technology companies where you have driven complex API-focused integration projects.
Experience of working with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
Background in quality assurance or as a developer is highly meriting,

As a Technical Integration Manager at Oneflow you will
Initiate and conclude integration projects with our partners or customers, making sure overall deliverables are of quality keeping Oneflow brand in mind
Capable of facilitating technical sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc by yourself
Develop expertise of our external facing API:s to drive technical discussions with our developers
Proactive identification and management of project issues and risks
Clearly communicate project status internally and externally
Create and continuously improve integration playbook to scale number of integrations done in parallel
Point of contact for all our partner integrations
