Technical Integration Project Manager

The Technical Integration Project Manager will work closely with the Migration teams and a broader stakeholder group, including leaders across critical business functions, who actively develop, execute, and lead the integration plans for individual acquisitions post close. This role will report into the Integration Management Office.
The essence of the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the multiple projects, including problem analysis, planning solutions with the team, charting progress against plan, driving action items, and reporting on each projects’ status. The ability to find the solution and optimising delivery towards the central business strategy.
As Technical Integration Project Manager your key responsibilities will be:
To participate in the development, execution, maintenance, and communication of the respective integration master project plan and all related documentation
Provide oversight to cross-functional teams; ensuring the development, evaluation and/or review of project plans and criteria
Establish and continually manage project expectations with team members
Proactively manage changes in scope and identifying, assessing and escalating issues
Monitor overall project milestones and the execution of the project against established timelines, communicates dependencies across projects and towards other programs of work, and provides accurate & timely project status to Integration Leads
Maintain reporting relationships with Integration stakeholders to coordinate efforts, resolve conflicts and gather feedback and input
Informs, alerts, negotiates, and maintains a shared vision and strong, positive working relationships with stakeholders

You are a people person, with an ability to partner with a diverse leadership team

In order to contribute in this role you need:
5+ years of successful project management experience leading multiple large complex projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Technical proficiency within the Telecom industry is essential and experience in SMS messaging is massively preferred
Experience delivering projects in an Agile methodology and OKR process
Bachelor’s degree
