Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Participate in the operational aspects of implementation projects, focusing on SaaS offerings, including AWS.
Manage and become an authority on several production system installations, overseeing the technical aspects of applications.
Provide advanced technical support for day-of-operation flight and crew tracking and related products, in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Assist clients with knowledge injections, proactive problem-solving, and daily management of production installations.
Maintain Linux installations on company servers and recommend patches/upgrades to clients.
Collaborate on system requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring:
Basic Requirements:
6+ years of experience in software development or an advanced technical support role.
Expert knowledge of Unix and/or Linux.
Expert proficiency in shell scripting.
Expert proficiency in Python.
Good knowledge of version control systems such as Git and Mercurial.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software development or an advanced technical support role.
Experience with Crew products.
Strong programming skills (Java is an advantage).
Strong technical and analytical aptitude.
Familiarity with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ.
