Technical Lead

Junior Tech Lead

As our new Technical Lead, you will be technical owner for products, solutions and technical components for our developing products . This is a very technical role focusing on the soul of product engineering where you work together with engineering teams across the stack to solve problems and to get the right solution in place according to business needs. You will have a key role defining and delivering new products and accompanying peripherals in an international environment – working closely with our development teams in Globally

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for technology products and solutions. You are a flexible and solution-oriented problem solver with the ability to quickly get up to speed on a variety of technical subject matters! You have 3+ years of experience in full stack development space.




Key Tasks:



· Lead the design and development of complex systems for mass production in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment.


· Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, SW and IT teams and to do a technical feasibility check on the business inquiries and design what the solution will look like - break it down into ranked initiatives and a system design that can be brought in to planning in a sequential manner.


· Drive delivery in close collaboration with Project Management.


· Collaborate with Project Management to assess and develop project schedule and milestones as well as identify risks and mitigation plan.


· Understand the implications in the backend and ensure the IT requirements are known and considered as part of the plan.


· Write technical requirements towards external vendors and our teams, cascading from business and core business requirements, looking at all links in the stack, from HW components, embedded systems to the back-end.


· Drive resolution of technical issues by working with the cross-functional teams, such as: Mechanical, SW, HW, Technology teams, Quality/Reliability and vendors.


· Ensure the solution, requirements and architecture are properly documented.








Expected Skills



· University degree within Computers science or similar, preferably M.Sc.


· You are not the best HW/SW engineer, but the best problem solver.


· Previous experience in both HW and SW Development


· Previous experience in Systems Engineering, Solution Architect or Technical Product Management is a bonus.


· Fluent in English.
