Together with Geometrical Architects, supporting complete powertrain, you will belong to a team with other experienced Technical Leaders supporting base engine to reach the maximum in their deliveries.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a technical leader for base engine you are taking the lead for the complete base engine delivery in our ongoing technology development. You will secure deliveries and planning for all systems within our area. 

You will be the interface between the project and our department, and act as a facilitator when needed. You will also be involved in projects estimates and concept decisions, and by this will be the one that presents the departments joint recommendation. In this role you will be a key person to make our products ready for the future demand.

WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a person with good energy and networking skills. You have the drive to resolve issues and good knowledge in base engine technology. It is beneficial to have good knowledge in product development methodology and processes. 
You also have good project management abilities where teamwork in and across functions is essential. You feel comfortable to lead discussions outside your area of expertise
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant area and has proven project lead experience.
English is our company language; therefore, you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
