Technical Lead

We keep growing and need more amazing people to join our team in central Stockholm. Take on the role as Technical Lead in our new business area Software & Cloud. 

Your challenge

As Technical Lead you are responsible for leading a team and alignment of the technical direction. Your technical and strategic knowledge makes you become involved in the choice of architecture, method, framework and technical tools. You will be participating in internal projects, support the sales organization in Cloud related cases and ongoing assignments with customers. You are driven by both leading people and being part of a team. Together with Team lead and Head of Strategic Growth you will build and develop a sharp team that can tackle difficult technical challenges and help our customers meet their digital future.

Who you are

We believe that you have a genuine interest in technology and innovation. You have a background as a senior developer that has given you a strong full stack perspective, and now you are ready for your next challenge. To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a relevant academic education in Computer Science or similar and have been working for a couple of years in one or several of the major Cloud platforms. You are well updated on modern frameworks and methods and are curious to learn more and are not afraid to try the latest.

You see great value in sharing your skills and collaborating with others like a true teamplayer. You know how to clearly communicate  and visualize your thoughts and ideas for customers, employees and potential candidates.
