Technical Lead | Developer Experience | Digital Enablement

Hi there, we are currently looking for a Technical Lead to join our Digital Enablement team.

About Developer Experience - Digital Enablement Area

The Developer Experience team is a new team, a split out of our existing internal developer cloud platform team. With this split we aim to accelerate the focus on great developer experience and an even closer collaboration with our developers, our main stakeholders and collaborators. The main purpose for the team will be to enable developers to move fast and autonomously, in a secure and compliant manner, by providing tools, guidelines and by evangelizing our technology. Our tech stack is based on serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, DynamoDB etc. We embrace DevSecOps methodologies to ensure quality and security. The stack is mainly based around Node.js, Typescript, React.js, GraphQL and .NET.

About the role

As a Technical Lead you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders on the continued evolution of our services with an ambitious and progressive mindset. You will act as a product owner for the team with refining and prioritizing development initiatives. You are also expected to engage with developers by sharing knowledge and contributing to building a good culture and working environment.

What you will do

- Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to create services to enhance developer experience

- Protecting your team’s ability to focus by keeping a prioritized backlog and limited ongoing initiatives

- Together with your team build and improve applications and tooling

- Through demos and coaching support other teams to improve their use of services

- Work with the Digital Product Manager with budget, people, development needs and business cases for new investments

Who you are

- You understand the importance of developer experience and want to be a driving force in this movement

- Deep knowledge around AWS, distributed architecture, DevOps and related tooling

- A seasoned engineer and/or technical lead with insight into modern technologies and trends, as well as relevant programming experience

- Strong collaborator and used to coaching teams

- Thrives in a DevOps environment and finds motivation in building services or golden paths that developers find loveable. You value open- & inner source, infra as code and data driven development and can enable these principles through our services.
