Technical Lead - Electromobility

As Technical Lead you will play a key part in providing expertise within the area of Electromobility and the integration of battery systems. You will support Knightecs customers in the process of securing that a product meets all the necessary requirements including legal requirements, ergonomics, cost-effectiveness, etc. In this role, you will also get the opportunity to act as the link between suppliers and the compilation of the integration process itself. You will overall act as a trusted advisor and support the Knightec organization and customers within the field of E-mobility.

You will be part of a very competent and driven team of engineers, so we like to see that you are forward-leaning, team-oriented, caring, and responsible. We also emphasize the ability to create an overall picture of the process as you will work with both suppliers and the technology.

Skills needed
For this role, we are looking for you who have a background in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from the Automotive industry. We also see that you have previous experience from a leading role such as project manager, technical lead, technical project manager, operative team leader, etc.

More things we like to see that you have:

- Knowledge in requirements management and quality to ensure that the products meet the requirements of the customer and the end customer.
- Knowledge within E-mobility such as electrical systems, automotive industry & design.
