Technical Lead Planning Telecom Core Networks

We are looking for a senior telecom consultant for planning technology lead in core networks.Responsibilities: -Collects/analyzes the Information of telecommunication consulting service, researching the development trend in the telecommunication industry and the knowledge mode of the consulting service , communicate with customer group for the customer's consulting requirement, Support the strategy and service planning for the telecommunication consulting service; -Construct/design the competence mode and the methodology of the consulting service, to improve the consulting service efficiency; -Construct/design the service delivery platform which comprise the service process and IT system, to complete delivery in low cost; -Ensure consulting service project can be finished on schedule. Qualifications: -20+ years experience for the consulting,5+ years for the telecommunication consulting service; -3+ years who was the lead/planning of the consulting department ever, was familiar with the consulting technology and knowledge system of the consulting service; -Issue 3+ telecommunication analyse reports/chapters about telecommunication technology or solutions in the industry forum, and be recognized and be applied; -Understanding the customer's business and how to contribute to the customer's success.-Good skill in communication with customers.
