YOU WILL

In your role as Tech lead you will own the technology solution for the B2B product. You work in close cooperation with the product manager, steering the team in line with strategies and tactical targets that you define and set.

By joining this scale-up you´ll have every possibility to influence the technical roadmap, where legacy has been taken off the table.

You will lead a development team of 8 people, that will look to you for vision and technical guidance. Your accomplishments will be associated with setting the roadmap, ensuring quality, delivery, and best practice – advancing the current success. You will report to the CTO.

YOU ARE

You hold previous experience from development (c#, java, or Node.js) involving cloud computing services in AWS. You are used to leading and coaching technical teams, acting as their sounding board as well as challenging the status quo. You are well acquainted with the requirement process, including translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. It is considered a merit should you have a formal managerial background. It is your pragmatic, creative, and proactive approach that will be a success factor here – you will be the enabler for the team and for the firm as a whole.
