About the company
Dynamic Code vision is to help people take control of their own health and develops meaningful health and diagnostic tests based on DNA technology. The tests are offered in a digital communication and logistics platform that is revolutionizing medical sampling and diagnostic tests. Tests that previously required sampling at clinics and by healthcare professionals and sometimes took months and years, patients can now do themselves and receive answers and treatment within a few days. Without compromising on quality - Dynamic Codes tests meet all medical and regulatory requirements.
Job description
As their Technical Lead, you will get a wide-ranging role with great responsibility, technical challenges, and a key-role in our existing and future team. Today, Dynamic Codes' IT platform consists of standard systems, adapted for Dynamic Codes operation. It is primarily two major systems - a lab data system and a web platform that are the hub of what has been built so far. The web platform handles integrations with partners, e-commerce and acts as an information channel. In addition, there is a larger number of smaller systems.
The next step for them is to establish a platform supporting the future busines. During the year, an R&D department will be started where parts of the development will take place in-house. In the role of Tech Lead, you will be a key-player in developing their new IT-solution. The goal is to establish a small core team for continuous development of our system, as well as implementing standard systems where applicable.
Your profile
We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
To be successful as a technical lead, you should have understanding of the business requirements and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams. You should be comfortable in leading and representing the team, both internally and with potential future suppliers, which requires good communication skills.
As they are building the team right now, you will also be part of the employment process as well as being a strong influencer on the of development tools and methods.
Tasks/Responsibilities
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
• Experience from a similar role.
• Management skills and experience.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills..
• Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Today the IT-department consist of four persons and you will be number five in a continuously growing department.
