Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Technical Leader who is experienced in improving operational processes with a focus on automation and self-service.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for daily execution and planning within the digital team, including coordinating and delegating the team's responsibilities and proactively working to remove barriers to the team's deliverables.
● Assess the current environment and make continuous improvements to adapt to future conditions.
● Establish and document standardized working methods, best practices and technical documentation.
● Engage in continuously enhancing the overall target architecture and tech principles to ensure that it is accurate and relevant.
● Coordinate integrations with the company's portfolio and external integrations with other Tech leads and external suppliers.
Who you are:
● Ability to design, implement, maintain and document application-related solutions and processes.
● Have experience in improving operational processes with a focus on automation and self-service.
● Expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs, with an emphasis on efficiency and performance.
● Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in the relevant business area.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
