The Down-The-Hole (DTH) Research and Product Development department within Division Rock Tools is responsible for the overall product development of DTH Bits and Hammers. Our operations support the business with product development, research, and technical services. We collaborate closely with the necessary parts of the organization to achieve high quality results. We´re now looking for a Technical Learning and Training Coordinator to actively take part in our continuous development journey. Come join our exciting world!
Your mission
As the owner of our learning and training ecosystem you design, storyboard, and create digital learning courses and modules in partnership with Product Line and R&D. You administer and maintain the digital learning and create a roadmap for its future direction – continuously developing and strengthening new learning opportunities. You also prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and utilize resources to various deliverables so that each project can hit the ground,, running with optimal use of time and resources.
The position is based in Sandviken and some travel might occur.
Your character
You have a technical background backed up by a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience from your working life. In addition, you also have a high proficiency in Office 365 applications. Acting in an international environment suits you well, and your flexible and open-minded attitude is a great tool when facing people from different cultures. This means that you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Spanish is a plus.
With integrity and self-confidence, you act on your own initiative – you make things happen and take responsibility for the results. You’re good at building useful networks of contacts and relationships and utilize them to achieve objectives. You cooperate well with others and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience.
