Line Technical Support is the interface between our Customers, through Tetra Pak Market Companies, and the Carton Value platform within Development & Engineering.Our vision is to deliver World Class Support.
As Technical Liaison your main tasks will be to:
- Act as Carton Value's link to Tetra Market Companies
- Be the receiver of all issues/queries related to Carton Value filling equipment and have full responsibility to handle them from entry to closure
Kvalifikationer
We believe that you are a self-motivated person with a high degree of initiative and the ability to solve problems under time pressure.You are able to understand complex technical issues and you use your network to find possible solutions.You have excellent communication skills and can interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures in a professional way.You enjoy working together with others, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
You have a technical high school education or equivalent and minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience.You have excellent command of both written and verbal English and very good computer skills.You are highly service minded and experience of remote assistance and back office duties is considered a plus.It is also an advantage if you have electrical and/or mechanical knowledge.
