Would you like to take on a key role improving the way we work with production maintenance?

Tetra Pak Inventing AB in Fjällbacka is recruiting a Manager who can challenge and lead the way we work with both planned and autonomous maintenance. We manufacture plastic film and strips for Tetra Pak's various packaging systems. From Tetra Pak plants in Fjällbacka (Sweden) 80 employees, Hjørring (Denmark), Romont (Switzerland) and Rayong (Thailand) strips and films are delivered to markets all over the world. The total organisation has about 250 employees.

In this position you will have the overall responsibility for all technical and maintenance activities within the Fjällbacka factory. You will lead a team of 3 maintenance technicians and 3 engineers and be involved in the daily operations, as well as be a part of the local management team. You report directly to the Factory Manager. You will be offered an autonomous role with the possibility to make your mark on the area and contribute to the overall factory result.

Main responsibilities
- Implement a maintenance system to achieve zero breakdown in the factory.
- Develop maintenance strategy and methodology and identify critical activities.
- Work with continuous improvements in accordance with the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) concept.
- Coach and develop the team.
- Supervise and follow up the day to day operations and improvement projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated leader with the drive to improve and change. You have a solid interest in production technology and maintenance and you enjoy sharing your experience. Networking comes natural to you and you easily build trust and good team work. Your analytical and structured mind and your systematic approach will also help you succeed in this challenging role.

You have solid experience from the fields of maintenance and production engineering, preferably from the process industry and continuous production. Experience from WCM, TPM, LEAN Manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly valued. We think you have a University degree in Engineering and you might have previous manager experience. Your English skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
