Technical Manager

• System and product definition according to development methods and safety standards used and defined by Customer (focus on quality assurance).
• Collecting and analyzing of the relevant requirements from all the documents and other technical documentation from customer, internal stakeholders or legal constraints.
• Communication, organization, planning and interacting with internal work teams and project stakeholders (internal and external).
• Management of requirements in respective tools (tool example: Doors).
• Management of integration requirements for ADAS components interacting with other vehicle ECUs in customer projects.
• Breakdown and refine of the requirements of the product needed by the development disciplines teams (e.g.: Software, Hardware, Mechanical).
• Control and perform reviews for getting the agreement of all stakeholders (internal and external) for the system requirements.
• Support definition of specific requirements and architectures together with Development & Engineering groups.
• Support in the RFI (request for information) process for customer requests from the systems engineering point of view.
• Implement and maintain the traceability of the internal requirements with the customer's requirements.
