Technical Market Support

Do you want to take part in an exciting journey in an appreciated, well-established and growing company? We are looking for a new team member, Technical Market Support here in Degerfors.
The department is a part of our Technical and Quality team which is a support function for other sections within Degerfors Operations. The Technical and Quality team will act as a coordinator and contact area in product related issues. It must also ensure that technical inquiry and order management is carried out in a reliable way.
Main responsibilities
In this role, you will be the link between back office, sales and the site. You will work with the requirements of the order and the standards that are demanded. You will also be responsible for:
Quality technical preparation of customer inquiries and orders
Follow-up of orders, technical complaints investigations and monitoring of material standards
To be involved in quality work with continuous improvements
The implementation of product approvals and for setting up analysis codes.

In this role you will have the authority to accept or reject technical specifications in a request or order. You will also determine whether a technical complaint is justified or not. In time you will be able to draw up regulations and give instructions for how a certain product is to be handled in a certain process step.
Qualifications
We want you to have a University degree in Engineering or equivalent documented knowledge in materials or quality technology. To be a good match for this role you must be structured as a person with a good sense of order. At the same time, we want you to be a social team player who can handle a lot of different contacts. We also want you to:
Have good skills in both Swedish and English, it is meritorious with German
Easy to learn different computer systems and previous experience of working in business systems, meritorious with SAP
Office package
It is meritorious if you have professional experience that involves a good knowledge of the current area’s production and administrative flow.
