About the position
With the target to develop vehicles with robust EMC performance, our team has the end-to-end responsibility, from design requirements to verification of compatibility and compliance for trucks and busses.
We are responsible for coordinating all testing on the vehicle level and we execute performance and compliance tests within the team.
In the role as an object leader, you will be challenged to find solutions to ensure we have the right vehicle specification to cover the needed test cases for our vehicle introductions.
To succeed in this role you will take lead in several cross-functional teams and forums. You will create a wide network among several departments to coordinate component and vehicle preparations and handle deviations. Also, initiate and plan legal analysis within the area and ensure that necessary testing is performed and demonstrated to authorities.
About you
You have the willingness to make a change and to get things done. You get energized by working closely with different competencies in cross-functional teams.
It is easy for you to take the initiative in social situations and you find it easy to form new relationships. You have an engineering background with a passion for electronics and previous experience or a strong interest in technical project lead.
