Technical Operation Manager - Denmark

Technical Service, Market Area Nordic, looking for a Manager to lead our Technical Service Team of 15 people in Denmark.

The position is based in Denmark (Aarhus) or in Lund.

We are looking for a person with proven capabilities in managing people and relations with our Customers; You will report to the Technical Field Service Manager, Market Area Nordics.

The focus of the position will be:

- Secure efficiency of our Customer Daily Operations
- Managing Sales and Order Fulfilment Service Products
- Actively participate as a KAM team member
- Build a network within the Market Area Nordic in order to optimize resources and competencies available.
- Organisational development
- Continuous improvement


Kvalifikationer

You have a proven track record in managing and coaching people, often on distance from your location.You have the communication skills to match the challenges related to above.Understanding the challenges in the market place and networking are prerequisites.Food industry knowledge is seen as a merit.
Good command of Danish or Scandinavian Language and good level of English is a demand.

To be successful in this role you need to be both analytical and agile.You have absolute focus on Customer needs and the good understanding of the work environment at customer site.
