With this position we offer:
Take the chance to join a team where your most important role is to secure the system's reliability and service fulfillment to our customers. The TOM’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising the day-to-day technical operation, working closely with the operations organization such as Business operations, System surveillance, Application Management, Network, and Server Management, to ensure uptime, performance, and preparing and delivering reports like Incident Reports. This position is also the main contact between NASDAQ and the customer market operations concerning future improvements, changes of SLA, performance and capacity reviews, and following up on operational incidents.
We expect you to take ownership of:
Handle customers’ expectations and deliver according to SLA
Lead system changes, and smaller projects, and be a workstream leader for larger projects.
Represent Operations in the monthly and quarterly meetings with the customer
Follow up on incidents and write incident reports
Present and discuss new operational undertakings, build and maintain a yearly plan for the solution’s
Review and approve changes related to the operational environment and represent the platform in weekly meetings
Vulnerability and access management
Problem management
What you'll bring to the team:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines, or equivalent work experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations
An understanding of customer management
A broad technical knowledge from operational support of crucial systems
Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
It would be nice if you also have:
Experience of at least 4 years of leading teams and/or projects
Experience in industries like finance and FinTech, or familiarity with products and systems related to financial markets.
IT hardware and network architecture.
Have experience working within ITIL-framework
SCRUM-master or Kanban experience.
This is a full-time position located in Stockholm, Sweden.
