We are looking for a Technical Operations Owner with experience from delivering managed network services such as SD WAN, Managed LAN and WiFi. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the connected future with secure networks and 5G enabled services and we are looking for a person with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.

What you’ll do

As a Technical Operations Owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that we can manage the network solutions that we provide to our business customers. You will ensure that the technical solution can be implemented and managed throughout the life cycle of the delivery. Our Technical Operations Owner is involved in the development of new services and solutions with the aspect of operational readiness, processes, and procedures.

In the role as Technical Operations Owner, you will:
* establish technical documentation to be used in delivery and operations
* create base configuration / Low Level Design for new customers and/or new solutions
* act as an adviser internally in operational matters
* be responsible for the technical roadmap, life cycle management for active components
* be part of product management and involved in technical forums Secure efficient resource planning and structure within your team
* hold trainings both internally and to customers

Who are you?

To succeed in the role as Technical Operations Owner, we believe that you have a couple of years’ experience working in a technical role within network services. You have good technical foundation, a structured approach and good communication skills. You are self-driven, and you create impact.

Fluent in Swedish as well as English, both written and verbally.
