Overview
Manage and/or deliver design and packaging solutions in line with customer requests within Retail Brand Baby Diapers. Ensure high quality and cost effectiveness and that the solutions deliver on customer demands. You will work on an international level.
This position may be located in Falkenberg or in Gothenburg.



Main Tasks
Take ownership over all packaging solutions used within defined responsibility, act on complaints with corrective actions.
On customer/market requests develop and deliver high quality packaging solutions and together with factories and suppliers securing manufacturability.
Provide markets with input about new technical possibilities, logistic information and technical support on existing packaging.
On request deliver pack shots and mock ups.
On market/customer requests drive, support and implement design changes on all printed materials securing quality and manufacturability.
Provide line drawings of printed materials and approve artworks based on technical requirements.
Perform print approvals at suppliers.
Keep all packaging and print documentation up to date.

Key Competencies
University degree or equivalent in relevant field
3-4 years experience in a similar role in FMCG packaging
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Customer and Consumer driven
Communacates effectively, both verbally and in writing
Strong internpersonal skills
Self-motivated, objective driven with ability to work autonomously
Change Management and flexible
