In this role you will report to the Manager Product & Pricing, and you will belong to the dynamic Service Contracts team (along with a Product Manager and a Technical Pricing Analyst as close colleagues).

Volvo Trucks Service Contracts is the international center of excellence for Service Contracts. The department is responsible for the development, implementation and back-office activities related to Service Contracts for Volvo Trucks worldwide. Volvo Group offers a wide range of transport-related products and services. We work closely together with sales regions globally. We are looking for an ambitious and eager colleague to grow together with our organization. The role involves occasionally travelling (globally).

Main responsibilities and activities

* Support organization to set up and assess the right pricing models
* Deliver analysis as input for strategic decisions in the field of service contracts.
* Lead communication with engineering departments to coordinate the impact of innovative technologies on the Service Contracts business
* Determine risk and pricing impact of modern technology introductions ensuring markets are informed and implement required changes in the pricing model
* Define principles and processes to work with electromobility as well as fuel cell technologies in the future roadmap of business
* Together with the Technical Pricing Analyst plan, coordinate and undertake technical pricing reviews with markets and sales areas
* Lead the formulation and introduction of new tools to support technical pricing efficiency and quality


Your profile

* Degree in business, economic or engineering, or equivalent experience
* 4-5 years’ experience from a technical position
* Experience with reporting tools (e.g., SAP or Power BI) is an advantage
* Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Customer mindset/focus
* Analytical skills (for market deviation analysis)
* Cultural awareness and efficient communication
