Technical Producer

We?re looking for an experienced Producer to deliver world leading casual games.

Your role within our Kingdom

If you want to create entertainment for millions of players to enjoy on the go then this is the right job for you. Some features are great and when we have great features we want them in all our games - the Shared Product Feature team is enabling enable that. You need to be interested in understanding the integration to other teams, have good understanding of games and have good analytical/design capabilities. In this role communication is key, as integration to other areas is required for the modules to be delivered.
?Lead, motivate and evangelize a team of people to produce an outstanding product
?Innovate and drive the implementation of new features and functions
?Actively use business intelligence tools in order to apply metrics-driven development based on actual user behaviors

You?re passionate about gaming and products. You?re a great people manager and you know how to influence people and reach objectives. Other skills include:
?Understand basic software / game development
?Identify opportunities, analytical decision making and effective problem solving
?Need to own a smart phone
?High levels of energy and drive

?An independent leader that takes the ball and runs with it

?Excellent communicator in speech and writing
?Curious and fast learner

?Have had previous training in development / engineering (even at a basic level)
