Technical Product Assistant to Samsung! (part-time)

As a Technical Product assistant, you will have an integral part in ensuring we stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives.

Samsung continues to grow, and is now looking for Technical Product assistant to our Technical Product Management Team that can help us 1-2 days/week. In this role you will quality assure IM products for the Swedish market.

You will act as the link between the research & development teams in Korea and India, local sales department and the Swedish operators and give technical support as well as ensure the quality of the mobile terminals and software and get the products on time to the market.



You will be working with:

- Testing of new devices and software’s in all the major operator networks in Sweden.
- Maintain and follow up technical issues reported from customers.
- Support different projects. (5G, RCS, eSIM and other new technologies.)
- To support the Sales team in the sales process towards operators and other customers.


Suitable background:

- Experience of testing.
- Experience or great interest in the Mobile Industry.
- Structured and an eye for details
- A big interest to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English
