Technical Product Manager

Business Innovation is a small department that values high performance, courage to see business opportunities and the drive to make a difference.


Your Responsibilities
As Technical Product Manager/Specialist we expect you to contribute to E.ON’s success and being a part of the development of our future business portfolio in the Nordic region.

You will be involved in several different innovation projects within Business Innovation. These projects have a clear customer focus and can typically be within sustainability, energy efficiency, smart energy solutions, etc.

As a Technical Product Manager/Specialist you will support the Business Innovation projects where technological competence is required. Within a project you can be responsible for analysis of potential technology solutions, design of systems, suitable partners, managing technology aspects of negotiation with suppliers as well as the delivery during the implementation.

Your Profile
To be successful in the role you will need to have knowledge and hands on experience from one or more of the following areas:
•Industrial control systems, building automation and/or home automation
•Security solutions
•Energy efficiency and energy calculations
•Electrical measurements and control theory
•Webb / app development or IT project management

You have probably worked 5-10 years in the energy industry or smart home/industry automation industry and gained experience from working with customer projects, typically in the real estate industry or towards retail market.

The ability to apply theoretical and practical technology knowledge in a wide area of solutions is needed.

We expect you to have a Master of Engineering in computer science, control and regulation science or similar.
