Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager wo likes to work in a flat-structured, highly dynamic, friendly and fun environment.
The role, based in Stockholm, reports to the Chief Product Officer and requires close collaboration with stakeholders, the technology organization and the product management team on planning and implementation of our technical roadmap. This roadmap is aimed to deliver a secure and scalable service infrastructure that will a) ensure compliance and regulation acceptance by Mitigram’s corporate and bank clients, b) support end-to-end connectivity of the Mitigram solution in a larger eco-system, as well as c) support exponential growth of the Mitigram client base.
To be successful in the role, you first and foremost love tech, and the value that tech-based solutions can bring to businesses and its customers. You are an enthusiastic team player, who plans and can drive teams to get product to market. You have an ability to rapidly understand complex dependencies, envisage solutions to issues, and assist the teams in implementing them. You do not need to be right (all the time) and you always focus on finding the optimal solution to sometimes seemingly conflicting needs.
Responsibilities
Manage Mitigram’s technical roadmap, which includes topics like security for user authentication & data storage, platform scalability & performance, distribution & interoperability, logging & monitoring, and scalable development
Collaborate with product management and technology teams to analyze, design, and specify roadmap opportunities and capabilities
Take part in and contribute to our prioritizations cross objectives to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal use of our resources
Project manager for company-wide technical and infrastructure implementations
Articulate Mitigram’s service infrastructure strategy in marketing and sales material as well as present it to prospects and clients

Experience
7+ years of experience as a technical product manager, release manager or similar
Engineering background
Instrumental in setting up and adapting development processes
Worked with cross functional teams
Deep understanding of cloud and inhouse infrastructure
Capacity planning
Common scaling mechanisms and problems
Common security mechanisms and best practice

Great if you have experience with:
Infrastructure and service design
Scaling up a monolithic service to hybrid cloud microservice infrastructure
Start-ups
Coding
B2B software

Personal attributes
Helicopter vision, seeing the whole picture, and can drill down when needed
Ability to clearly articulate and visualize dependencies and risks
High logical and cognitive capacity
Highly organized
Good in written and oral communication (English)
Good in visual communication (sketches, diagrams, presentations)
Surely, needs to love country music and bad humour
