About the role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Manager to join our growing Product Team and help customers understand more about what is most important to them - their employees and customers. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to develop and drive high-impact programs together with our fast-expanding Tech team - tackling performance bottlenecks, improves system observability, reduce manual tasks through automation, and ensure our core systems are designed to scale. We will connect our system to multiple customers -, partners- and internal sources always with customer benefits.

The Technical Product Manager will closely partner with the product- and Tech team to help craft programs to support our overall strategy, establish effective communication processes, build a strong collaboration with cross-functional partners inside and outside Netigate and ultimately drive execution towards our ambitious goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to be agile and adapt to the growing needs of the business, our product development, and have the ability to help build the sustainable practices that lead to a successful team and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Define the technical roadmap, and strategy of the product by elevating the user needs.
- Understanding and communicating the Vision, user needs, and requirements crisply and succinctly to the teams.
- Working with the Product- and Tech teams to translate those needs into clear priorities and high-impact platform capabilities
- Owning dependencies across teams to ensure successful product launches
- Ensure the health of your product by balancing new features with maintenance and technical debt.
- Work with Product Marketing and Support new feature launches, including launch communication, rollouts, and signal gathering
- Monitor and analyze user feedback for platform-related pain points
- Design solutions that maximize the scalability of content and user experience


Requirements

- Understanding technologies like Azure, AWS, APIs, Kafka, S3, Spark, and software development for sophisticated data-driven systems
- Understanding of product design, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Great interpersonal and communication skills that shine when you are talking with a customer, working with engineers, or engaging a cross-functional audience
- Ability to multi-task and switch project priority based upon external factors
- Demonstrated experience inability to clearly define product goals and metrics
- Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution


Preferences

- Previous experience as a software developer and/or experience working as an SW product manager
- Experience working with enterprise applications using big data open-source solutions such as Spark, Kafka
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and principles
- Infrastructure and Kafka experience is merit
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
