Platform Management owns and develops the technical specification for all products and platforms within Business Unit Dairy, Beverage and Prepared Food. In order to stay competitive, we must ensure that we have cutting edge offerings in all of our products and platforms.

As Technical Product Manager you will take ownership of and drive part of the storage platform, ensuring high quality of the delivery as well as high efficiency in the order fulfilment process.

The role means managing the maintenance plan and the assigned Product Life Cycle and Product Development activities, drive Issue Resolution issues and being owner of components included in own products.

You will have the opportunity to work in a highly qualified team and in an international environment with close contacts to all Business Unit production sites. In this role you will interact with Food Category Centre of Expertise and Operations Engineering teams in order to secure that we are working with correct requirements and expectations.


Main responsibilities
- Maintain, improve and develop the products and components
- Drive consolidated and escalated issues as well as corrective actions as Issue Resolution driver
- Own and maintain the technical specifications, e.g. risk, hygiene and environmental assessments, and secure that that the products conforms to all relevant directives, standards and guidelines
- Follow up profitability of the products and drive rationalizations
- Provide technical support to order and sales organization


Qualifications

In this role it is truly important to be an excellent communicator that enjoys networking with stakeholders on all levels. To succeed you need a strong personal drive with good problem solving and coordination skills. You have a structured way of working as well as a clear understanding of customer needs. You are a team player, but can work independently and take ownership of actions. In addition to this you need to have a flexibility to handle different tasks and challenges.

We believe that the successful candidate has a University degree within Engineering or equivalent. We require a good knowledge of aseptic food processing and process engineering. Experience from batch processing, process control or commissioning is meriting.

You have excellent command of both written and verbal English.
