We are now looking for a Technical Product Manager to be responsible for leading many of our technical initiatives within IT together with the IT Engineering team. The role is within AMP (IT) and reports to the Director of IT.


The IT Engineering team works with most of our common core technologies to ensure a scalable and solid infrastructure for internal employees. The biggest focus areas for us are currently Identity and Access Management, automating connections and data flows between SaaS apps, and improving the security and reliability of our network.
We work with SaaS services such as Google Workspace, Okta, Terraform, WorkspaceOne among many other leading platforms.


How you will make an impact;
Co-leading the IT Engineering team together with the Engineering Manager with particular focus on the parts of the technology platform that are important to the team.
Setting the technical strategy for the Engineering team platforms (ie Identity management, MDM etc).
Working closely with the Director of IT and teams within and outside IT to support internal projects and initiatives.
Playing a key role in identifying critical areas where our team can improve its standards, and plan and execute the path to excellence.
Setting the technical strategy for the team’s continuous progress, ways of working, execution and delivery in striving to successfully meet the team's and the organization’s overall vision and mission.
Being responsible for setting the team OKRs and roadmap.
Spreading great and effective working relationships with close collaboration and communication in everyday interactions, ceremonies, and processes.

We believe that to succeed in this role, you have experience in some/all;
A minimum of 5 years of experience from working within IT or similar organizations.
Experience evaluating, creating, implementing, and refactoring identity management strategies.
Experience in implementing or developing MDM strategies and solutions.
A proven collaborator and communicator.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
