The Team
Put simply, you get to see and impact how some of the most well-known companies in the Nordic and European countries build their Data, ML and Marketing activation capabilities. Not many get to do that with one company, and even fewer with several. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and planning of the next generation Avaus Factory component library. Component library is a combination of individual components that work in event-driven microservice-architecture. We build it to our in-house data and engineering teams to ship world-class data & ML solutions to some of the most well-known companies in Northern Europe. If you have Senior or Lead-level experience, we also offer the possibility to define and draw the architecture of cloud development, securing our product vision.
The role
You will manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of a large portfolio of technical Avaus Factory components by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders. You will help identify, prioritize, and advocate for the largest opportunities, as well as create and manage new efficiency opportunities from ideation to launch. You will most likely be doing some of these things also:
- Gathering and creating product insights from internal- and customer stakeholders
- Maintaining product backlog and roadmap
- Working as a product owner for the technical team
- Communicating product vision and purpose to internal stakeholders
- Co-creating product marketing with a marketing team
You will also get the chance to participate in consultancy projects where we ship Avaus Factory to our clients, to learn more about how the implementation and develpoment process looks like in practise.
Who are you?
As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge. You are passionate about digitalization, marketing and sales. You really want to challenge the status quo and get people to see their business in a new way. As knowledge sharing is important to secure the right skills through the company, a mentoring mindset is important for you to succeed in this role. Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management (Software or preferably SaaS)
- Experience with technical product management
- Preferably past experience with GCP, and/or Data / ML products, and/or Martech (Especially CDPs)
- Knowledge to implement product vision and strategy, create, maintain and execute product roadmaps
- Great project management skills and technical project management experience.
- Experience with scrum or similar
- Great stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Swedish, German, Polish or Finnish is a plus
Practical information:
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Helsinki office at Albertinkatu 25 B. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace.
