Job Summary
Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Processing Liquid Food Solutions has approx. 350 employees in five main sites: Sweden, China, USA, India, Singapore.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager Services to join our Technical Platform team.
Are you ready to take on a key role in our Technical Platform team having the responsibility of the Liquid Food Upgrades portfolio? This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund and will include some travelling (approx. 20-40 days/year).
What you will do
As our new Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for our Liquid Food Upgrades portfolio of branded Processing units (Process & Automation) and you will be a part of a team of 13 other colleagues in similar positions. You will work with the product teams with product managers, automation engineers, mechanical designers, and technical editors. You will work closely with the Product managers in Processing Upgrades, Services.
You will collaborate with process engineers and Regional technical product managers in China, India, and USA.
You will focus on
Be responsible for the technical specification and legal requirements related to risk and quality.
Maintain, improve, and develop the performance of the product.
Sales support and order support
Ensure that feedback from all phases in the order implementation including commissioning and warranty period leads to improvements of the product.
Work in accordance with Company & Services strategies, plans and management system.
Technical review of Customer Solution Needs
We believe you have
A University degree within Mechanical engineering or equal.
Several years of experience from working as a Technical Product Manager, preferably from the process industry.
Several years of experience from working with machine directive and risk analysis.
Project management experience, training from working with Scrum and Agile methodology.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management capability.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and colleagues is of importance to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority. To be successful in this position you have great collaboration skills and work in a very structural manner.
