Technical Product Manager

Business Unit Liquid Food (BU LF) is responsible for development and manufacturing of units for processing of dairy, beverage and prepared food applications. We work closely with our clusters to understand customer needs, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. BU LF has approx. 460 employees in four main sites: Lund in Sweden, Winsted in USA, Shanghai in China and Pune in India.
What you will do
We are looking for two new Technical Product Managers. In this role you will be responsible for a branded Processing unit and you will be a part of a team of twelve other colleagues in similar positions. The two branded Processing units are Tetra Pak Direct UHT D and Tetra Pak Pasteurizer B. You will work in a product team with product manager, automation engineer, mechanical designer and technical editor. Collaboration with process engineers and Reginal technical product managers in China, India and USA will be a part of your daily work.
You will:
Be responsible for the technical specification and legal requirements related to risk and quality.
Maintain, improve and develop the performance of the product
Ensure that feedback from all phases in the order implementation including commissioning and warranty period leads to improvements of the product
Work in accordance with Company/Food category strategies, plans and management system

Who you are
We believe that you are a person with several years of experience from working in as a Technical Product Manager, preferably from the process industry. Build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders and colleagues is of importance to you. Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority. To be successful in this position you have great collaboration skills and work in a very structural manner. You have a University degree within mechanical engineering or equal. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
