Technical Product Manager - Homogenizers

Job Summary

In a very inspiring and challenging role, we ask you to lead the work developing our product portfolio and supporting customers, suppliers, and colleagues in the front-line in a truly global market. You will work in and lead a very strong team with highly skilled technical experts.
Tetra Pak is accelerating the ambitions and the homogenizer business is key for the company. You will be a key player leading the technical homogenizer team. You will work in an international environment where you will have plenty of contacts with customers and colleagues all over the world. Tetra Pak works with the biggest customers within the food processing industry and has a very strong reputation to build on.
You will report to the General Manager for the Homogenizer team and should expect to travel approximately 15% of your time.
What you will do
Lead a team of highly skilled colleagues
Manage product development and product life cycle activities to accelerate Tetra Pak’s world leading position in food homogenization
Manage technical support to the front-line including technical sales support, issue resolution and claims handling
Manage Technical order engineering
Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders in Sales, Supplier Management, Production, Services and Quality
Lead the continuous improvement of product performance, quality, and Master data

We believe you have
As a person you are self-driven and you possess excellent leadership and collaborative skills. You have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate people to walk the extra mile, in order to reach common goals. You have been exposed to difficult situations and have a proven track record navigating successfully through the storm.
You are strong enough to say no when needed. Furthermore, you are analytical, methodical, and structured as well as grounded.
We believe you have a university degree within engineering, together with at least 10 years work experience from a similar position. You need a solid technical understanding, and you are familiar with product development processes and tools. Experience from working in a LEAN or WCM environment is seen as a merit.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
