Our Exciting Opportunity

We are the team that makes this happen. We run the M365 at Ericsson, navigates what capabilities should be released when and make sure that they live up to our high compliance standards. Our team utilizes an agile working method were we jointly review what we need to do, log it and ensure traceability of everything we do. You will be a key part of our agile M365 board to take decision on how we craft our future together on the quest to improve the experience for our end-users.
You will
Act as a mentor, coach, and support to colleagues by sharing technical expertise related to the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as to surrounding applications/solutions from other vendors.
Participate as a critical contributor and Subject Matter Specialist to key projects and initiatives associated with Power Platform and related workloads in the M365 suite of applications.
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts used to lead and support the M365 platform environment.
Assist with troubleshooting sophisticated technical issues experienced by internal and external customers
Perform application maintenance, e.g., system parameters & configurations, user permissions, etc.
Act as a quality assurance test lead.
Perform integration architecture and infrastructure design activities.
Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development.
Safeguard the product design, integrations, and architecture.
To be successful in the role you must have
Min years of experience: 8 years + IT Architecture experience.
Demonstrated ability: minimum 5 years + working with Microsoft 365 collaboration services with experience from: Power Apps, Power Automate, CDS, Office 365, Azure Cloud Services, PowerShell and the Microsoft 365 suite of application and services.
You have experience in IT design, development, and architecture as well as in Product Management.
You know the IT processes, tools & infrastructure and you are curious to learn more.
You think about users and how to bring them the best possible experience.
You are a phenomenal teammate, who is curious about everything tech related and is happy to share knowledge with the rest of the team.
You have a self-starter approach and confidence to get things done as well as the ability to optimally collaborate.
You can easily adapt to ever-changing work environment.
You can get your message across in concise and constructive way through presentations or reports.
You are proficient in English, both verbal and written.
You approach your work with a smile and a sense of humor.
