We are now recruiting a Technical Product Manager Sustaining Engineering.
As a product owner in sustainable engineering / product care, you are part of the R&D team at Permobil. You help to ensure the quality and performance of the medical device through its life cycle from an aftermarket perspective. You are offered participation in new product development and are responsible for documentation and maintenance of Permobil's products. You get a technically varied position in combination with administrative tasks with a global employer where there are good development opportunities for you.
Key Tasks
In the position as product manager you will:
• be responsible for the technical documentation and assist with expertise in the field, which includes ensuring that the documentation is kept up to date and remains in good condition
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including post market phase of products
• be responsible for aftermarket activities such as Post-market surveillance
• participate in or lead clinical evaluations
• lead and/or participate in risk management and setting requirements
• perform statistical evaluations of big amounts of data
• work with problem solving during the product life cycle
• conduct R&D related corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) for existing products according to established processes
• evaluate and document change orders for existing products
• participate in cross-functional teams in close collaboration with production and the market
• lead and/or participate in continuous improvements for various processes
Your Background
• Bachelor or master's degree or equivalent education
• Previous experience in the field of medical technology or bio medicine, either through studies or work experience, is an advantage
• You are used to prioritizing and running several parallel tasks/projects at the same time
• Knowledge in process development is an advantage, preferably with Lean as a tool
• Experience of statistical quality control and acceptance control is an advantage, preferably with SixSigma as a tool
• Knowledge in product development and project management is an advantage

• is interested in learning more in the field of medical technology and is curious when it comes to technical solutions
• has the ability to coach cross-functional teams and to develop groups
