Do you have strong technical knowledge about cables? As Technical Product Manager Utilities and Renewables, you will be serving as an expert covering technical topics for 1 kV and medium voltage cables.

You will be responsible for the following aspects:

The role will be to strengthen the technical competences within the Product Management team across the Applications business line. Main focus will be technical product support for 1 kV and medium voltage cables for Utilities in Europe and you’ll be working closely together with the rest of the European Product Management team. Your other focus will be to support the development of Renewables business as a technical expert supporting customer projects.

Further key tasks are:

Product data management
Technical sales and product support including technical values for cables, calculations and dimensioning for customer
Recommendation of optimized cable solutions/electrical system guidance to customers
Technical tender support
Technical preparation of product training and marketing material
Understanding of the customer's needs
Supporting the rest of the Product Management team



Goal-oriented and results driven technical product manager 

You have an university degree in electrical engineering or similar and you have approximately 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B with commoditized products or Project Manager in the renewables sector. You are experienced within the nergy business and the renewables energy sector and you have specialized knowledge about the application of software’s for design and electrical calculation. You are ready to work independently, and you also enjoy being a part of a team where people can rely on you and you show empathy to others. 


Furthermore, you see yourself with the following capabilities:  

•    International travel readiness
•    Excellent English skills, spoken and written
•    Experienced in MS Office applications

The role will be based in Europe, ideally in one of our Applications plants.
