Technical Product Owner

At the Service Assurance department we have an exciting journey ahead with transforming how we look at digitalization. We enable data driven decisions to unleash the power of our network and create state of the art tools for network monitoring & surveillance.


We are looking for a technical Product Owner (PO) responsible for maintaining the backlog and visualizing current status, roadmap and vision. Working together with a team of developers and system managers to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.



This is the job
As a Technical Product Owner, you will support the team in ensuring the right focus and prioritization to reach the teams mission. You will act as a link between the team and Stakeholders and you will be responsible for communicating the overall vision, roadmap, team mission and the why of all development to the team. In this role you will make sure that the team is constantly doing the right things and has a healthy balance of innovation and reducing technical debt. The PO is part of the Service Assurance Leadership team (SALT).

Responsibilities include;
Collaborating with the team to convey strategical product vision and missions
Responsible for the product backlog - adding and prioritizing items
Responsible for the team roadmap including commercial and technical aspects
Develop stakeholder relationships and communicating any obstacles and bottlenecks in advance
Collaborate with other PO:s and architects to develop our products according to the Tele2 needs
Responsible for managing products throughout their lifecycle and ensuring their long-term health



Requirements
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
Experience from working with Service Assurance
Technical background as develop or similar
Experience of Jira and Confluence
M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and other relevant training / education
Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
